Ordered these as a substitute for the 4.8mm ball studs on my MST RMX 2.5.
Firstly, these are actually LARGER than the stock ball ends and would bind up inside my MST rod ends. Maybe they aren’t oversized and maybe it’s just the titanium grain pattern but they bound up my steering links badly, enough so that my servo was getting hot from the amount of load applied by the binding of the links.
Personally, I like the fact that these are very affordable, lightweight titanium ball ends. I’m just very disappointed that for a substitute part, these worked worse than what I had originally.
I can’t at all recommend these. There are better ball studs out there. These aren’t those.
