the main reason why people may have a problem with the tower separating is number one landing on your lid, two traction rolling hence on your lid, three over tightening, and fourth not gluing the edge before use which helps tremendously which i have found out in rc car action magazine after breaking two of these on my x2 which i no longer run thank you KYOSHO : i give four out of five because metal last longer

looks good, is light but it lasts only 10 minutes of normal racing on a loose track ;-) the tower just delaminates after a few minor hits on the top. Very poor quality of carbon used, I'm very dissapointed by these towers. Together with the rear tower it's $ 60,- you could better spend on some new tires or fuel
