This is a optional XRAY Asphalt-Spec Graphite Upper Deck, and is intended for use with the XRAY T2 008 EU Rubber Spec 5-Cell and 6-Cell, T2 009 EU Rubber Spec 6-Cell and T2R PRO. This front and rear upper deck has been CNC machined from premium-grade graphite material, and is specially designed and optimized for rubber-tire racing conditions. The narrow design provides appropriate torsion and flex, and the elongated profile reduces unwanted tweak in crashes.
This thinner 2mm top deck makes the car easier to drive because it increases overall traction. XRAY recommends using this optional top deck on low-traction tracks — mainly on asphalt but can be also used on low-traction carpet.
