This is an optional XRAY Aluminum "Multi-Flex" Radio Plate Bushing. This aluminum radio plate bushing is for adjusting the front Multi-Flex adjustment in the servo saver area. By using the bushing, the fixed setting is activated; by removing the bushing, the screw is directly mounted on the servo saver post and the whole front suspension has increased flex.
