This is the Werks Racing Team Line B6-Pro .21 Off-Road Competition Buggy Engine. Improving on what have become two of the best selling engines available is definitely a daunting task, and many said it could not be done. But the masterminds behind Werks Racing have stepped up to the plate and knocked one out of the park, with an engine that will satisfy the needs of even the most critical nitro enthusiast!

The B6-Pro retains the super smooth and linear power characteristics of the B6, but has been further refined with Werks Racing Team Line "Pro" model features. By combining a high quality ceramic "Swiss" made rear bearing with a lightened and epoxy ramped crankshaft, the B6-Pro spools up faster than before, providing increased acceleration and improved fuel economy compared to the standard version. The black anodized crankcase was chosen not only because it looks sharp, but more importantly because it provides improved heat dissipation. This crankcase has been combined with a billet CNC machined rear back plate that is lighter than the previous back plate, and helps to create a more rigid case assembly. An improved nylon material has been chosen for the carburetor heat insulation sleeve that improves consistency and reduces the possibility of carburetor heat saturation. Finally, everything is topped off with a redesigned, large diameter cooling head that improves heat dissipation, as well as lowers the CG of the engine by reducing the overall weight by 10%!

When these features are combined with the standard B6, it makes one of the best performing buggy engines on the market even better! Smooth power, amazing run time, with Werks reliability and incredible customer support. Can you handle the power of the Pro? Get Werks, or get worked!

The tuned pipes recommended for this engine are the Werks 2013 for strong top and bottom power delivery, 2058 for top end power, or 2057 for smooth power with improved mileage.

Werks Team Line B6-Pro .21 Off-Road Competition Buggy Engine (Turbo Plug)
Been using this engine in my 1/8 buggy with the Werks 2058 pipe. The power is very smooth, great top speed and fuel mileage is better than I ever imagined, getting on average just above ten minutes.

Werks Team Line B6-Pro .21 Off-Road Competition Buggy Engine (Turbo Plug)
Great engine. Idles smoothly without fail. Running it with 2058 pipe in a MBX6 and it screams. Great on fuel consumption as well. Using Werks 30% fuel without issues. More than enough power. Highly recommended!

Got nothing on a os or nova. I thought it was awesome until I put a speed in for a final. Better in every aspect.

Werks Team Line B6-Pro .21 Off-Road Competition Buggy Engine (Turbo Plug)
Motor sucked in dirt thru front bearing after 1 gallon thru it. Was running with a werks driver. When we figured out it was the front bearing, I called werks and asked if they could send me a new rod and piston. Ron says it was my fault ruining the engine running it and trying to tune it without taking it apart. Apparently, you should know that a front bearing will fail on a werks. Horrible experience, he then called my team driver friend and told him I was an a**. This was a year ago and I'm still mad about the way I was treated. Buy an alpha or Novi. Noone I know has ever had a problem with those mills, especially the p5, or a872.
