This is the Venom Pro Charger Plus. Venom’s Multi Function Pro Charger Plus is an AC/DC charger that has been produced to suit a variety of user needs. The Venom Pro Charger Plus will charge 1 to 8 cell LiPO and LiION/LiFE Battery Packs, as well as Lead Acid Batteries, and NiCD/NiMH battery packs with 1 to 27 cells. The Venom Pro Charger Plus has many easy to use features which include; Charging, Discharging, Cycling, Balancing (LiPO/LiION/LiFE cells), User definable charge rates from 0.1 amps to 7.0 amps, USB PC Linkability, Temperature Probe and 10 User-Defined Charger Profiles. Comes with six different charging plugs including the Traxxas® High Current Connector (TRX Plug). The Venom Pro Charger Plus is a perfect compliment to Venom’s extensive line of batteries using the Traxxas® High Current Connector.

Venom Power Pro Charger Plus
This is my first LiPo/NiMh charger and it is great. This charger comes with a lot of good quality cables so you shouldn't have to buy any. It comes with the best balance block I have seen that comes with a charger. The red lighted screen is easy to read and very visible. The auto charge function works good, the directions did not specify how to set auto on NiMh batteries in the charge mode. I read some forums and discovered that you had to hold the increase and decrease buttons at the same time when the number of amps is flashing on the charge current screen to take it off manual and put it in auto mode for NiMh. It auto detects when your battery is at peak level while you're still able to adjust current limit. I was going to give the charger a 4 until I found out how to set NiMh to auto charge. Overall this charger is great, despite the instructions did not specify how to set auto mode for NiMh batteries.

WOW! I am so glad I listened to the other reviews. this is my first ''real charger'' and I love it. The Venom Pro Plus comes with so many different option cables you could wire a nuclear bomb. The instructions are well written if you even need them. Very simple to use. Plus it looks gangster. Buy It!

This is a great charger, I have 2 of them and have not had a problem with them with over a year of hard use.

Venom Power Pro Charger Plus
dont listen to this guy this charger is great. i have had mine for 2 years and only have had 1 problem the fan went out but i called venom and they repalced it and yes when you hook the charger up to a 12v the switch does become reversed but as soon as you pug back into the wall it goes back to normal. i use it at the track and when i am out with my buddys on the hottest and coldest days and it has not let me down.
