This is an optional Vanquish Products SLW XXX Offset Hex Hub Set, and is intended for use with Vanquish SLW series 1.9 and 2.2 wheels. These hubs are compatible with SLW, OMF, KMC, Method, and SSZ style wheels and use a standard 12mm hex. Package includes two hex hubs.
NOTE: Hardware not included.
Features:
- Compatible with SLW, OMF, KMC, Method, and SSZ style wheels
- Available in multiple sizes in 1/8" (0.125") increments
- Uses six 4-40 screws to attach the hubs to the wheels (VPS01655 - Not Included)

I needed this exact product but did not know that this existed! I don't remember how I came across them but they basically just change the offset of the wheels. So if you want your wheels really wide, this may be your solution.
