This is high viscosity differential oil from Traxxas. When servicing the Torque-blasting center drive unit on the X-Maxx, Traxxas recommends using this 20M weight oil.

To address Scott, this is differential oil, not shock oil. This is why the viscosity is so much heavier. You ONLY want to put this in your differential.

Traxxas X-Maxx Differential Oil (20,000,000)
To start off, this is differential oil. It will not work as shock oil or anything else. This is a very hard substance designed for large and powerful RC center differentials, to allow limited slip. It works exactly how it’s supposed to in my Sledge and Maxx.

Got this for my SCX24 to apply a little into the shocks to make it less springy. When it came (t0day) it was less of an oil..and more of a hardened gel. Can stick my finger into it without it leaving any grease on my finger...Either its a bad batch or its next to worthless.
Probably gonna end up just getting some heavy grease from autozone and add a little into the cap to slow the spring down.
