This is my second X Maxx and What can I say it is the best thing that happened to me. I quit smoking cigarettes to buy this and I love it makes me smile. I had a small issue with a shock leaking but a main is going to take care of it ?. Parts are extremely cheap which is awesome! If you never have seen a x maxx your gonna be shocked its size is hilarious and when its hitting 50+ coming straight at you, I bet you will laugh your butt off. It goes everywhere the smaller cars can't with ease its bigger and better made for bashing and racing some guys are easily hitting over a 100mph with WFO custom its an American company that hand makes special gears for,the x maxx how cool is that I love my x maxx I will get possibly 1 or 2 more ?. A main has all my parts and upgrades though.

This Truck is an absolute beast! I did my research and wanted something fast and will take a bashing and not break. This Truck is no joke. You will have people standing around in awe when you drive this dude!

Best out if the box truck. Must upgrade rear hubs to rpm and must get new servo or atleast put metal gears in the stock servo and shim the servo saver spring. Esc is junk basically but will get you by for a while. Also if you get the Bluetooth module you can up date the esc and receiver and your app will now show all the telemetry without having to buy any sensors.

I just got the truck today and man let me tell ya it’s absolutely massive and it’s a tank I highly recommend it to anyone who has thought about getting one.

And the people at hobby town were amazing at helping me get the truck I wanted it in a timely manner and they told me around about what time it would be in. They called me the minute it came in and I had to push it off a week and was worried sick about it being there it my luck it was there. So all

By far the best basher.its like a crackhead on mega meth,it just keeps on going and let's nothing stand in its way,and when you think it is coming down from a 6day trip,you throw fresh lipos in and she is back to hard core bashing.

Helped me out great

Anyway I have 7 cars wasn’t thinking on being shocked
But this thing I picked up yesterday (they got it for me in 3 days)
It is amazing as a surprise early gift from the wife
Fast strong powerful heavy no issues here the cats even loved the box
Now there house yep that big

Also glad I did buy a lightbar looks great on roof

Now get more xmaxx stuff in lol

I purchased an Xmaxx a couple of years ago and got the RPM axle carriers and oversized bearings to go with it. I just purchased a new Xmaxx on October 1st 2022 and got the same RPM parts with it. I took the axle carriers apart and realized that Traxxas updated the axle carriers with oversized bearings. I just left them stock at that point. I am impressed that Traxxas fixed some of the shortcomings. That is awesome and they have my applause!

Its fun, its big, its got steering problems.

Ive had fun with this don’t get me wrong, but I’ve had alot of steering issues since I’ve bought it. I’ve upgraded the servo to a HV savox and added a BEC, the esc is limited to 6v same with the reciever which i plan to replace soon also to get my full 7.4-8.4v for me this thing takes a country mile to turn around and thats just not really nice.

But with some upgrades and work it makes an amazing basher. But for 1000 bucks plus the 400 dollar battery price it should be way better out of the box than it is.

Parts and tires are very expensive as this thing is obviously huge at 1/5th scale, but if you’ve got money laying around it is a neat truck. Also would recommend never using the self-righting system. It will ruin tires, gears, and bearings. Just go flip it over lol.

Love the truck but the steering servo broke on the second time driving. So I only have about 1 hour run time on a thousand dollar truck. Pretty disappointed.

Great large scale basher! I love it. The only downside is I dislike traxxes connectors and no jumper harness included to run 1 battery, other than that I absolutely love the XMAXX!
