Traxxas TRX-4 1/10 Trail Crawler Truck w/Mercedes-Benz G500 4X4² Body (Blue)
Really fun TRX4! I have a Sport with a few mods and I have learned to drive pretty well with it. As I have been pushing the Sport to the limit I have tumbled it alot. I actually bought a new body for it so it can look nice when I want it to or put on the bashing body when I'm going all out.
I really enjoy the locking diffs and 2 speed trans on the TRX4 Merc. It's cool to make some lines or trails challenging with open diffs or just the front locked. It's more like my Jeep GC with the same options. Where as the Sport will just drive over most things.

The merc body is really growing on me, I initially chose it for price. Taking it out with the merc body makes me drive completely differently, more like a real 4x4. I don't want to scratch it up or roll it.

It is much faster than the Sport and nice at speed with the diffs open.

I'm going to gear down my Sport after having the merc for a few weeks. I'm not doing the Sports motor any favors with the realively tall gearing and crawling for hours with it.

I have put a light weight body on the TRX4 Merc to drive it aggressively. Super happy to have some nice choices. I'm looking forward to putting on the light kit for the winter when it's dark early.

I'm keeping this one stock with a shorty 3s mounted up front, steel steering horn and Hyrax G8 tires.
Edit: I had a Traxxas 2255 upgraded steering servo from my Sport. I installed it on the Mercedes. Plan on upgrading the servo, 35kg on Amazon is powerful enough and inexpensive. I put that on the Sport. Any rock crawling will stall the stock servo. For just trail running stock is okay.
