Traxxas 32P Pinion Gear (19T)
Pros: Cheap.
Cons: Cheap, not concentric, poor meshing due to not being truly round, loud operation due to poor mesh.

Traxxas 32P Pinion Gear (13T)
My brand new slash 4x4 came with one of these. The third or fourth time I drove it, the side that holds the set screw in cracked of the rest of the pinion, making it useless. I dont know if this is a one time deal because my friend has had the same pinion since he has own his truck and it has never broke. Plus its the only .8 mod pinion that acceps a standard 1/10 scale motor shaft without the risk or hassel of an adapter sleeve. Update: I have since installed the 18t pinion that also came in the box. but it just stripped all the treads from the inside of the gear. I will still buy another as it is still cheaper to buy a bunch of these than a Robinson racing gear which you have to get a sleeve reducer for.

Traxxas 32P Pinion Gear (13T)
Traxxas pinions are mass produced with the cheapest grade materials possible to pass for being able to make the vehicle move. If you plan to run more than a few times, it is recommended to buy a more durable pinion gear.
