This is a set of two Traxxas BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM2 Tires. These are an excellent choice for use on any short course truck, and are ideal for a short course spec class tire. These are fully licensed replicas of the BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A tires, and have been proven performers in full size TORC series racing competition. The distinctive tread design has been faithfully re-created in high grip rubber, complete with white sidewall lettering.

Available in standard "hard' and race proven "S1" soft compounds, this tire provides traction and control on all tracks. Standard compound is a long wearing rubber blend that will stand up to abuse on concrete and pavement, while S1 compound delivers precise steering and incredible grip for the Slash 4X4, and is ideal for improving rear bite on the 2WD Slash.

This product is expected to become available for purchase on Sunday, March 31, 2024

The set of tires I received on December 1st 2015 have molded and raised letters. They were not silk screened on as described in the previous review. The rest of his review applies to my experience.

Probably not the best for racing, but these tires are great for high-power setups if you glue them right. I have them on a Hyper 8.5 SC conversion that is run on 5S or 6S. I have them on the DE Racing SC8 wheels and they fit perfectly. The rubber is tough enough, and thick enough, to not balloon out of control compared to 1/10 tires. I just wish Traxxas didn't go the cheap way and screen the logos on the sides. Raised lettering would have been better considering they are clones of REAL tires!

best bashing tire every, i put them on my sc10 4x4 when not racing. with stock rims. they work good on on-road and don't ballone at high speeds. work good in mud. and they last for ever because of the hard compound. but not good for racing.
