ToolkitRC M8S DC Battery Charger Workstation (8S/18A/400W)
Awful. The good points are that it looks nice and has a couple nice features such as servo output and an esc current monitor. As a charger and balancer, it fails hard. On my 2s UMX batteries, it undercharges to around 4.15v. On one cell. On the other, it will get to about 4.1v. It can’t manage to get to 4.20 nor can it get the cells to within .05v of each other. This has been verified with a TRMS multimeter and backed up with my spektrum smart checker. I guess I can say it at least won’t overcharge and ruin anything, but it seems like a waste of 65$ to me. I’ll hang on to it in hopes of a firmware update that’ll fix it, but won’t hold my breath. Icharger X6 will be next on my list.
