The parts themselves are good, no complaints there. The price is a bit much. This could be fixed by selling the left & right arms individually with no hardware... Who needs 20 inserts and all the little screws because I only ever need the arm itself. This is one of the few more replaced parts needed, reasonable price point for one arm should be $6-$7. Horizon, I think pretty much all of us feel the same about a lot of your replacement parts.
