1st off I love a-main hobbies. So this has nothing to to with a-main its TLR!! I'm hating that a plastic tranny case only, cost so much, not even a motor mount. Its 2 pieces of plastic that cost more than any complete tranny. The price of this is just plain out outrageous!!!!!!

Just noticed this..... OMG!!!! You can get complete exotek aluminum lay down conversion for close to the same price..... I thought it was a mistake ..... Oh and one more thing, this is +3.5 so perfect for carpet, Astro, but for $80????? So maybe there's a cheaper way but 22t 3.0 for carpet would be kit 350, dirt lay down kit 80, +3.5 lay down case 80 = 510??? I love TLR and you can go back to the original 22 and highly update it which is cool how all these parts are interchangeable, but they're just all over the place sometimes.

I would definitely buy this if the price were reasonable. Given the 3-gear conversion has more parts and is cheaper, surely this is a TLR anomaly?
