Designed for performance, built to win!

The Team Associated RC8T3e Team Electric Truggy Kit takes cutting edge RC8B3 technology and wraps it up in an electric 1/8 scale truck package. By sharing parts with the RC8B3e, the RC8T3e is the perfect solution for Associated enthusiasts that race multiple 1/8 scale classes.

With a unique, proprietary hard anodized 7075-T6 aluminum chassis that was developed for optimum weight distribution and superior handling, the RC8T3e drives like a champ. The RC8T3e has received an updated suspension package that is nothing short of world class. With pillow-ball front uprights, you get maximum steering and durability. Refined 16mm Big Bore hard-anodized aluminum threaded shocks and 3.5mm alloy shock shafts provide plush suspension travel. The RC8T3e features precision universal drive shafts front and rear to keep suspension travel free through the entire stroke. Just like its RC8B3e brother, the RC8T3e was designed to handle, built to win, and will help take your 1/8 program to the next level.

Team Associated RC8 T3e Team Competition Electric Truggy Kit
I raced mine all summer and had zero breakage. Everything worked great for me. I had heard the chassis could bend so i ordered some Aluminum chassis braces to replace the plastic ones. Drives fantastic. Yes its extremely similar to the Mugen and i even bought Mugen arms for it as i heard they are stronger but have not needed them yet.

Very easy to drive and work on. I've gotten 3 other racers to switch to Associated after they drove my T3e.

Team Associated RC8 T3e Team Competition Electric Truggy Kit
I got one of these from my LHS in Palm Desert. This thing is the biggest waste of money in my opinion. The build was great but the parts quality is terrible. All the arms had so much slop, and the upper front arms have this big releif cut out of them to clear the steering. They break here right away. I drove mine carefully and broke both upper arms, one lower front and the rear camber links. After 3 packs thru it and never finishing ONE pack without breaking. I got RID of it. Don't bother calling customer service, they will not help. Too bad, great company not taking care of the customer
