The Team Associated RC8 B3.2e Team 1/8 4WD Off-Road Electric Buggy Kit takes a proven platform and prepares to add to the portfolio of victories. No stone has gone unturned when considering the makeup of the RC8B3.2e. The geometry of the suspension has been critically analyzed to determine improved areas of performance, resulting in a redesigned suspension arm with inserts to adjust flex characteristics and keep dirt out. The combination of a longer rear suspension arm, narrower suspension arm mounts and an overall wider rear track width has proven to increase driver comfort, consistency and speed.
Updated shock caps allow the RCB3.2e to be run in two different configurations: As emulsion type with the bleeder screw and seal, or bladder type with the included stiff bladders, or optional traditional bladders (not included). The side guards have also been improved by changing the attachment method to flat head countersunk screws that thread into the chassis from the top of the buggy. This increases the durability of the side guard while improving alignment to the chassis.

My first time out, I built the car along with a setup sheet I found on the Associated site for a track similar to my home track, clay indoors. With the proper tire, my car was dialed without any of the hassle of going through figuring out a setup over time. Also, one of my steering parts was a little off during the course of my build, and I emailed Associated and they sent a replacement part out that same day, which arrived like two days later, before the weekend.

Beyond stoked with how well this kit was put together. Finish and quality made the build a dream. On the track, it’s lights out as well. Box stock setup and was running with some of the fastest in the area. I would tell anyone to give this buggy a chance to improve their program. There’s a reason I’ve run Team Associated for over 15 years!

The buggy build was excellent, parts fit and finish is perfect. I do have some complaints, the steering rack should have been updated, and the factory team diff pins should have been included. These 2 things have been known problems for this platform and there are solutions available. With that said everything is super smooth and free right out of the box and should drive well, just haven't made it out due to all the virus stuff going on.

amain as always is on point .. fast processing, fast to get it to the fedex man … fedex on the other hand total S—T the bed ! Sat at fedex office 4 days before being sent to next destination then went thru every state before showing up 6 days late .

Kit went together pretty good with easy to follow instructions. I did run into a couple of hick ups but received excellent customer support with both issues. Had a few missing parts but AE support was very helpful and sent out replacement parts very quickly
