Team Associated RC10B6 Builder’s Support Kit

Great option for building conversion kits, like a sprint car conversion. Includes all the parts you need for a conversion build , and the 4 front shock bodies, that you need when building a sprint car. Has the B6.3 front suspension and steering parts which is nice, but has the old B6 rear suspension, which is weird. Most people would rather have the newer style rear hubs when building a new car. For this reason, I only gave it 4 stars, not 5.

Good product, does what I need it to. Comes with more than I expected. It has a stand up transmission as well as a lay down. The kit has a few spur gears to choose from as well. The pill selection is good to adjust my rear arms even more. Very nice kit, I’m glad I decided to get it. Thanks Amain Hobbies!!

This kit is very good. I had a used B6.3, and many pieces were in rough shape. I was able to update the car with this kit and pretty much have a new car at the end. It has a lot. The one thing that surprised me, however, was that the shocks are all the same, so basically, you get four front shocks. This is likely because this is for drag or dirt oval conversions, so the longer rear shocks are unnecessary. When I purchased the kit, I was not aware of this (it is indicated, I just missed it), so just bringing it to your attention in case you were unaware too. The screws, ball cups, shock kit, both transmissions, ball diff, etc. are all much more expensive if parted out separately.

That said, while the kid does have the newer B6. front end linkages, the rear provides the older narrower geometry. This is not as suitable for the B6.4.

Overall, I am glad I purchased the kit, but its not perfect for my use case. I hope this helps.

Cool that Associated offers this package deal of parts making it easier for builders to order the stuff typically needed for custom builds or conversions, but when it first came out what really surprised me was the price, as they were selling half of a kit for $20.00 less than the pric of the entire buggy kit. So pay $20.00 less and you get half the kit?

Nice kit for building a drag car or any custom team associated build.
