The Team Associated CR12 Tioga Trail Truck 1/12 Scale 4WD Rock Crawler may be small in size, but don't let that fool you. This 4x4 rig comes Ready-To-Run with dependable Reedy Power electronics. No need to prep or build your rig; just charge it and you're ready to get out and crawl!
Though this kit was designed with detailed scale looks in mind, such as realistic wheels, tires and body, the CR12 is built for performance as well. The steel ladder frame chassis provides the perfect backbone for this rugged rig. The 4-link suspension, threaded shocks, and soft rubber tires give the grip and performance needed to climb over the roughest terrain. Transferring power to the rocks is a compact 3-gear transmission, plastic low-friction slider-type drive shafts, front steel CVA axles, and metal-shield ball bearings.

Great little truck for the price with no complaints on crawling performance. The hinged body is easy to work with. LED's were included. It's basic, it runs and it's fun.

Team associated never seems to fail me, they always put out amazing rigs right out of the gate. This rig may say it’s 12th scale but it can hang in there with the rest of the crawlers out there. I’ve put this truck to its limits and it’s always made me smile. I will be posting a full review on the rc Instagram account port_city_rc if you want to know more. But it’s worth every penny, if it’s your first trail truck or your 20th. And if you love this you should check out it’s bigger brother the element enduro and also the little brother the enduro24.

Great truck, quality is on point, wishing there was more parts available, 1/10 scale parts will work.... but 100 mmm shocks are to much, I measured stock shocks at roughly 82 mm (end to end, not bolt hole to bolt hole) love the Tioga. I enjoy the Amainhobbies YouTube channel, it’s what got me to purchase the 1/12 CR12 Tioga.

Bought this truck for my wife to introduce her to crawling. We love it. It’s a great entry level truck to learn with. Don’t let the small battery fool you, we average about an hour run time on it.

A fun little rig, and for the price it is a no brainer for a kiddo that wants to join in on the crawling action. One bit of advice, invest in a few of the plastic step gears as they do wear and are a weak point on these.

The truck came inoperable (bad motor), and when I reached out to Customer service, I was told to call Team Associated directly. Sounds like a hassle to me. Probably wont be making future purchases from amain.
