Wow are these terrible screws They will strip even if you baby them even in "Low stress areas." Can't warn you more to stay away.

I've had good luck so far but, I try and be super careful as you can see they'll round out in a second. I haven't done a lot of maintenance on my car, I feel it's only a matter of time before I start putting the original screws back, one by one. I think the price is a little high for the quality, for sure there's a few different shades of blue, and some of mine even had scratches on the face like poor anodizing. I would not buy again.

I normally love AE products, but this fell severely shy of the mark I would call acceptable. The bolts were different shades of blue, like they came out of completely different batches of anodizing, which I am sure they probably did. But the color was so off that it looked like it was different manufacturers. The whole point of eye candy on your race car is to make it look cool, not look like you got a really good deal on duct tape and bailing wire. The material is very light, which is great, but it is also VERY soft. I have chewed gum that is tougher than these bolts. I had two strip out as I was screwing them in, as in the head socket just rounded out almost instantly with no warning. Then I had two strip when I tried to remove them for maintenance. Then I had to use a screw extractor to get them out, and one of them was so soft that the extractor literally just tore the head of the bolt apart and flowered it open. I took the rest out of my car as you cannot trust them. Yes, I have been doing this hobby for more than a day (15 years) and no I do not over torque my bolts. I would go with a high quality steel screw set or titanium if you have the bucks.
