This Tamiya Midnight Pumpkin 1/12 2WD Electric Monster Truck Kit is a re-release of the original Midnight Pumpkin first released in 1987. A highly detailed pick-up truck body that is reminiscent of the classic 1950s American designs. The special “Black Edition” body comes molded in black and features metal plated front grille, overhanging fenders, dampers and roll bar. All this detail sits on top of big 115mm diameter tires. This specific kit includes a Hobbywing THW-1060 Brushed ESC for incredible performance.
The durable and easy-to-assemble 2WD chassis employs a box type frame, front swing arm independent and rear rolling rigid suspension. Big 115mm diameter semi-pneumatic tires on yellow wheels offer dynamic running on even the toughest of surfaces. The sealed gearbox protects diff gear from dirt and sand during off-road driving and a rear mounted wheelie bar enables wild wheels in the air stunt driving.

Tamiya Midnight Pumpkin 1/12 2WD Electric Monster Truck Kit (Black Edition)
This is the toughest rc car that was designed in 1987.
I stayed away from building on because it seemed dated.
It’s super easy to build and other then bearing it doesn’t need anything else.
This is the perfect car if your into modeling since it a super nice hardbody. It’s also great for a first kit or if your bored of everything else on the market.
It’s poor handling and bouncy suspension is what this so charming about this truck. It’s pure fun and looks really go while driving.
