Tamiya 24mm Tire Insert. Package includes two inserts. These are soft density rubber tire inserts designed to fit 24mm wheels. They come in pairs and the blue color easily identifies the insert as a soft firmness.
NOTE: The firmer the insert the less traction your tire will yield. The softer the insert the more traction you will get out of your tires, but they will also wear out faster.

Perfect fit for TT02 Subaru Monte Carlo Kit. Easy to install. Wear gloves if you don't want stinky hands. The material has a strong rubber smell and stays on hands for a bit. Not sure if they are better than foam inserts but definitely easier to install.
