Tamiya 1/32 Aero Manta Ray Black Special

The Tamiya 1/32 Scale Aero Manta Ray Black Special Mini 4WD Model, a part of the "Mini 4WD REV" series. This is a injection molded plastic kit featuring the modern AR chassis. The "Aero Racing" Chassis offers an aerodynamic design and simple maintenance with the motor and batteries being easily removed from the underpanel. This high-speed racing chassis also features low-friction plastic bearings to ensure that any loss of power from the engine to the wheels is minimized. 

The Aero Manta Ray Black Special features a smooth body design, with air intakes for better heat-dissipation and a GT-style rear spoiler. This snapfit kit comes with fluorescent orange, large diameter 6-spoke low-profile wheels and black, super-hard low-profile slick tires. This Manta Ray Special's body is molded in opaque smoke colored plastic with body decals in white and red as accents. The kit uses a 130 double shaft motor and a standard gear ratio of 3.5:1. A hobby knife/trimmer, a small screwdriver and two Two R6/AA/UM3 batteries are needed to complete the kit.
