The Tactic TTX300 3-Channel 2.4Ghz SLT Radio System delivers popular features and adjustability, at an affordable price. A user programmable 3rd channel makes this radio extremely versatile! Use the 3rd channel to operate functions like a dig unit, a winch, or a diff locker! This makes it ideal for rock crawling. It can also control lights, shifting and needle/carb adjustments, as well as multiple boat accessories.

SLT (Secure Link Technology), creates an unbreakable link between the receiver and your transmitter with push-button ease. The radio sports futuristic styling that's unlike any other transmitter. The included TR325 3-channel micro receiver is small enough to fit in the most cramped chassis spaces. An internal antenna adds convenience and eliminates the possibility of damage.

Features:

  • User programmable third channel
  • 3-channel TR325 micro receiver (TACL0325) with failsafe
  • Steering and throttle trim and end point adjustments
  • Steering rate adjustment

  • Can use any SLT receiver

Tactic TTX300 3-Channel 2.4Ghz SLT Radio System w/TR325 Receiver
For this price I did not have hi hopes, but this radio is great! Was using for an update and upgrade on a Traxxas Rustler for a six year old. Out of the box the receiver was already bound and even if it wasn't it seemed as easy as my MX3x or MX11. It is very light, super comfortable, and no antenna from receiver which I still have on my high end systems. It does not have the same ease of use for all the programming although the capabilities are there which is a surprise for this price. If you are looking for an easy to use, no hassle, no frills this is a steal.

Tactic TTX300 3-Channel 2.4Ghz SLT Radio System w/TR325 Receiver
Perfect radio set for the RBX10 Ryft kit build. Easy to use and all the channels you need if your not using the 2 speed transmission option. I'm using the CastleCreations Copper Head 10 ESC/Brushless Motor with a fan. And the fan plugs into channel 3 on the receiver. Again, good option if you don't need more than 3 channels. Cheers!!!

Tactic TTX300 3-Channel 2.4Ghz SLT Radio System w/TR325 Receiver
For the money, why would I need anything else? In fact, I bought another lightly used one I found locally. I'm using it for both racing and goofing around. I'm back at it after a gap of thirty years, so I'm not noticing things like latency yet. When I do, I might upgrade, but even then it won't include an internal antenna receiver that's so light, unless I go way upmarket. I'll be using this radio for a good, long while.

Edit (10-12-2021): Wow,that's a noticeable price hike. I don't know if I would spend this much on it. I might have looked for something with more features (programming, rechargeable battery) for a bit more, like the MX-6 or the 3PV. At the very least spend ten dollars less and buy the Spektrum SLT3, then crack the receiver open and conformal coat it for waterproofing.

Tactic TTX300 3-Channel 2.4Ghz SLT Radio System w/TR325 Receiver
The Tactic TTX300 3-Channel 2.4Ghz SLT Radio System is very solid remote control system compared to the Spektrum STX2! Its like comparing apples to oranges! Its a simple basic remote that gets the job done without all the bells and whistles like my DX5C which I am not very happy even know it has the AVC Technology! Honestly I am thinking about returning it back to the MFG.

Tactic TTX300 3-Channel 2.4Ghz SLT Radio System w/TR325 Receiver
Feels better then the traxxas radios and many say that it is the best rtr radio. I was having problems with the traxxas radio I had, so I bought a new receiver. It turns out the receiver would not bind. Then I went back to my local hobby shop and returned and 50 dollar traxxas receiver, and bought a way better transmitter and a receiver for 9 dollars more.

Tactic TTX300 3-Channel 2.4Ghz SLT Radio System w/TR325 Receiver
Excellent radio for the price. Mine came bound from the factory, the adjustments for endpoints and trim are easy to make, very user friendly. Its simple with features and should be just fine for bashing/crawling. Ergonomically this thing feels nice in hand and its light weight. The range is spectacular, I can drive as far as I can see my model and the signal remains strong and reliable. Aesthetically this radio's elegance lies in its simplicity of design, its futuristic looking and the three spoke design of the steering wheel reminds me of the wheels on the older Dodge Viper. For the money and performance, this is a good upgrade for your RTR radio or if you just want something simple and reliable with futuristic looks and performance to match. Highly recommend.
