SWorkz S35-2E 1/8 Pro Electric Buggy Kit
If you are looking for a competitive buggy that's not the norm, this is a great choice. The fit and finish is fantastic, and the parts quality is great. You get some nice extras in the kit like: 3 spur gears (45,46,47t), 3 sets of swaybars, CNC aluminum rear hubs and upper servo saver arm (all hingepin carriers, ackerman plate, shock towers are also CNC), coated shock shafts, tapered shock pistons, included diff fluids (7k and 3k) and shock oil (400cst), an Extra set of battery straps included. Some other things I was pleasantly surprised by: the front and rear inner hingepins are the same (reducing the number of spare parts you need to carry), 4 flange bearings on the ackerman plate, Front hingepins can be removed by merely removing the 2 front diff case screws and pulling the bumper off, large CNC bearing carrier inserts in the diff cases keep the plastic from getting wobbled out. The Servo mount is a big chunk of CNC aluminum and is much easier to get the servo in vs the big one piece plastic "trays" on many other cars. The only thing that's even remotely an issue is the Manual. There's a couple pictures that are incorrect for the front hingepin inserts (but you can download the S350 evo II Limited Edition manual for the correct image), and some things aren't super clear for getting a "kit setup" (for example they don't offer a suggestion of which sway bars to start with). But otherwise everything goes together extremely smooth...no reaming arms or anything was needed, and the Diffs are super smooth. The car is very stable, handles big landings / overjumps well, and has lots of steering available. Durability seems very good, and the very reasonable parts cost is another bonus. I was worried that maybe I should have gone with one of the more "mainstream" cars to play it safe, but I prefer to try something different, and I'm definitely not disappointed in my choice!
