Hi have these on my Axial Capra as I needed a wheel that would clear the axle portals. Quality is top notch and I didn't have any problems with the hardware stripping. Perhaps the other reviewer's tools are past their prime?

SSD RC 8 Hole 1.9"" Steel Beadlock Wheels (Chrome)
Same as the SSD slot mags, these offer everything you could ever want in a stamped-style steel rim. Intelligently engineered, crafted to high tolerances. A relatively lightweight rim that goes together easy and comes apart with a few hex screws. Neutral offset means you can mount them on the Associated Enduro and they will not rub the steering parts, unlike many other beadlocks. A perfect fit for Proline Grunts, RC4WD Boggers, Duratrax Deepwoods, but they would not capture the bead on my own Traxxas Canyon Trail tires. Have several SSD wheels, never had an issue mounting a variety of tires. Well made and very easy to mount compared to other brands. Finish still perfect after several abusive trips up the trail.
