This Spektrum RC USB interface can be used to upgrade the firmware on all BeastX devices such as the Spektrum RC AR7200, AR7210, AR7300, as well as the BeastX, BeastX Plus, and BeastX Plus HD gyro systems.
Tech Notes: It is critical to ensure you are updating with the correct firmware file. Failure to upload the correct file can damage the gyro! Spektrum devices must use Spektrum files, and BeastX Gyros must use BeastX files. They CAN NOT be mixed!

Spektrum RC USB-Interface (AR7200, AR7210, AR7300, BeastX)
For AR7210BX users, it seems the only thing you can do with this is update the Firmware (which I read may be at a cost)
For AR7200BX it seems you can update firmware, factory reset, & set it up.
The "Studio X" sofware seems very clumsy & sub-standard
The Document of this has so many errors, like telling you to disconnect power to the AR7.... but not saying you need to re-connect power!, Also the Signal/+/- on printed on it is wrong !
Overall I would not buy this individually.. Maybe buy 1 at your club & share it out !

So far, it is a paper weight. The download from Spekrum required for use isn't available. When you input the address specified, it replies that the document is unavailable. It may be very useful in the future, but wait until the software is available from Spektrum.
