The Spektrum line of LiFe Receiver Batteries offer an excellent choice of capacity depending on each aircrafts unique needs. Featuring heavy duty 20AWG wire, & secondary servo connector, providing power to your electronics has never been easier.

LiFe batteries have a lower nominal and fully charged voltage compared to LiPo, offering the ability to pair them direct with servos that are not intended for use with High Voltage that LiPo delivers. Most "6V" rated servos can run with LiFe without any additional regulators or BECs. Additonally LiFe batteries are much less volatile compared to LiPo in the event of a cell failure.

Spektrum RC LiFe Receiver Battery Pack (6.6V/2200mAh)
Amazing receiver battery. I've got a dozen or so of these things. They last an entire season in a 4-5 servo 40-size sport ship! The EC-3 lead is also useful in installations where the battery is hard to access(A couple of my planes are set up this way for CG reasons) as a charge lead; pair with balance lead extension if this setup is what you're going for. I also use these in surface applications; one runs my Associated SC10GT's electronics and I had one on my Traxxas Slayer Pro.

That EC-3 lead came in super handy on the Slayer! I had everything set up so I could start the engine from my transmitter; the cranking motor was wired into that lead.

Also really well priced, unusual for anything Horizon Hobby. At time of review they're 32.99

Well worth buying!
