This is an optional Serpent SRX8-E Carbon Battery Mount Plate Set for use with the optional Saddle Pack Setup (SER600959).
These carbon plates are made from 2mm thick carbon fiber and can be used instead of the touch type battery strap. Very easy to use, lightweight but strong, and also adds some extra stiffness to this section.
The composite battery-trays for the saddle pack version already have the mounting holes for the small posts which are supplied together with the set. Small bodyclips are included as well.
