The servo worked great initially! High torque, great response and suited the application in my tenacity DB pro.
The reason for the 1 star is the servo's durability. For paying close to $85 it's unacceptable that the servo lasted less than 2.5 months. The servo was mainly used in sandy environments but it's waterproof; the environment shouldn't be an issue.
I'm not sure what exactly the root cause was whether it was from bashing, sand, or corrosion. but I'm hoping Savox will work with me to exchange the servo for a replacement.
I'm super disappointed. I can understand it failing after a year but for 2.5 months of use - especially with properly adjusted servo endpoints - I'm speechless. The servo had less than 50 charges ran through it.
Hopefully this review will be of value to those intending to bash on the sand.

Great Servo. Using two in an E-Revo 2.0 w/ no issues what so ever. If the truck gets muddy or dirty I just hose it down. No issues after six plus months. Just beware the output plug wires are short- about 5" or so. Extensions may be needed.
