This is the Sanwa Limited Edition M17 FH5 4-Channel 2.4GHz Radio System, with included RX-493 Receiver. The M17 is the next flagship transmitter for Sanwa and boasts a color display, touch pad and FH5 Technology, all with an updated lightweight and compact design. This limited edition model features carbon fiber graphics, gold and black anodized steering wheel, gold and black anodized dial and gold and black anodized handle.
The included RX-493 M17 2.4GHz 4-Channel FHSS5 SRX/SSL Receiver is a FH5/FH5U and SXR response mode compatible receiver that features a traditional 100mm coaxial antenna with an integrated antenna tube mount, ensuring stable performance in about any situation compared to built-in antenna receiver units. Furthermore the high-voltage compatible receiver is waterproof, comparable to IPX4, and it supports Sanwa’s SSL function. The unit measures 26×23.2x14mm, it weighs in at 6.2g and is designed to work exclusively with the Sanwa M17 radio system.

I have a Noble radio system and just purchased the sanwa radio. It was night and day comparison, for one thing it is lighter and the steering responsiveness is unbelievable fast. I didn't believe it just getting back into the hobby.

Well...to start...I paid more for this radio than I paid for my first car...lol
Easy to understand instructions and setup was a breeze.
Precision and quality has a price.
But in my opinion well worth it.

Best radio I ever bought very very, very nice. Easy to adjust program. Easy to understand holding in your hand perfectly the driving wheel can be adjusted in or out flawless. Very highly recommended to get limited edition is nice for the carbon fiber GOLD features very nice radio. All vehicles programmed to it drives excellent just a little expensive but totally worth it. ??

This radio is hands down one of the best on the market I purchased a futaba xp10 thinking it would do everything I needed out of a radio But quickly realized it did not do what i needed it to do So returned it for the sanwa m17 this radio does exactly what I needed it to do and more will buy another one

M17 is a great upgrade from the MT-S. Looks great and comes with extra springs and different size handle / wheel to make comfortable for just about everyone. I knew the steering was going to be quicker but this is like night and day between the old MT-S and M17, even the throttle seems to react quicker and smoother. The display is great and seems pretty easy to navigate and make adjustments. Would recommend the M17 if your trying to upgrade your transmitter.
