This is the SAB Goblin 580 Kraken Flybarless Nitro Helicopter Kit is the third helicopter design featuring the latest "separated transmission style" that originally debuted on the Kraken 700 helicopter. Incredible bold styling, and legendary flight characteristics are packed into a smaller design - the Kraken 580!

  • Accepts 550-600mm Main Blades
  • Accepts 95-105mm Tail Blades
  • Utilizes Mini Cyclic Servos standard; full size servos possible with optional mounts
  • Utilizes Standard size Tail Servo
  • Wide variety of motor gearing with common available pulleys 

Optional Full Size Servo Mounts:
One of each is required to convert the Kraken 580 nitro to accept full size standard cyclic servos.

SAB Goblin 580 Kraken Nitro Helicopter Kit
The heli went together so well I’m impressed. I was literally done after a few hours. The manual is clear, you only use parts that are called out when they’re called out. I.e you’re not using parts from one bag and parts from a totally different bag. Fit and finish is top notch. Very well packaged. Going to get a 580e when I have the chance.

Wow is all I can say ! Best nitro 500 kit I've ever purchased! Went together fast and precious. First flight blades tracking a little off. Landed half a turn on a turnbuckle and away i went and never looked back! Better than I expected in flight. Now one of my favorite helis to fly. Will be putting in tons of flight time with this one ! Way to go SAB ! A real must have !

Only problem is with using mini servos mount for Nitro engine are absolutely not a great ideal to use. You should have use the std mounts better than mini.
SAB kit should allow someone to exchange the mini servo mounts to std size servo mounts then objection would be gone.

red and white looks ugly very weak blades braks easeliy but cost whoping 160 dollars thats too much and no electric components inside that sucks you have to buy engine and everything else thats about 4000 dollars to much instead of 900 how they say on empty kit sab should do ready to fly kits rtf i would buy them all !!
