RMRC Cricket V2 5.8GHz Video Transmitter w/RaceBand 200mW
The new RMRC Cricket V2 has been updated to ensure your Video Transmitter (VTx) is not damaged by an accidental power up without an antenna. This is accomplished by adding a feature to enable the RF transmission by holding down the button on the VTx. The Cricket also incorporates all 5 bands (including RaceBand), ensuring pilots can land on any channel at any given time when needed. Featuring an all aluminum case additionally aids in improved durability on the SMA connector, which is now supported on all four sides lowering the chance of the SMA connector ripping out on your next crash.
Features at a Glance:
- Race Ready w/Raceband
- Aluminum Case
- Included Microphone
- 40 Channel Support**
Stay Legal with all 40 Channels:
The RMRC Cricket transmitters feature 40* channels that are all legal to use in the USA with an amateur radio license. The same cannot be said for many other 5.8Ghz transmitters being sold that transmit at/above 5925MHz and at/below 5650MHz. The Cricket also includes the "Race Band" that was first pioneered by ImmersionRC.
*Note: There are 40 selectable channels on the transmitter but a total of 36 specific frequencies available. Why refer to it as 40 channels? RMRC wants to make sure you're aware that they are covering all 5 of the available bands like many other companies are doing. RMRC has simply just locked out those frequencies (channels) that are illegal to use in the US.
