I bought this gear for my drag race car, the ad does not say "not for drag car use".I am running the VXL class and need a superior spur gear which they claim. With no tire prep and no track prepped surface, just an average parking lot, on second run, the gear disintegrated. I will not ask for my money back, but want to warn others not to by these gears for their drag cars. I would not even recommend them for box stock. Still learning...

Don't use with a direct drive, the M4 nut will go right through the hole in the middle. Maybe it only works with slippers? Shrug.
