The Revolution Design Racing Products B6 Aluminum Front Bulkhead was designed to replace the standard part with a more sturdy and durable item. The bulkhead comes machined from aircraft-grade 7075-T6 aluminum and its directional design allows to run 25 degree or 30 degree kick-up angle while the anodized surface and silver edge details add visual impact. The aluminum part adds rigidity and precision ideal for racing on high-bite surfaces. The part fits both the B6 and B6D and it is available in black or blue anodizing.

Don't let the numbers 30 and 25 throw you off, this is a +2.5-2.5 degree bulkhead and works just fine with the B6.4/T6.4/SC 6.4. You can use the caster inserts and the chart in front of the manual to get the caster you want. This is a great replacement part for the standard AE one and it comes in black as well as blue
Got this to stop replacing the plastic bulkhead. Part is very nice quality and a good fit As mentioned by others it weighs a few grams more than the plastic part but should be way more durable, time will tell.
I'm giving this 4 stars because it requires 4 M3 set screws and they don't come with the part. The standard plastic one has two set screws, so make sure you have two extra set screws since you will need them.

Revolution Design B6 Aluminum Front Bulkhead (Black)
Stock AE plastic bulkhead without set screws = 4.2g. AE steel hindge pin brace = 2.2g. RDRP0292 bulkhead without set screws = 8.4g. A hinge pin brace is still required when using the revolution bulkhead. Revolution sells a carbon fiber hinge pin brace part # RDRP0292-CAR. I did not receive the 4 set screws with my bulkhead. Bulkhead fitment looks good.

on my scale weighs 8.5 grams without set screws, 8.8 with. high quality, very nicely done piece, maybe they will etch weight on some of their aluminum pieces in future runs, good tuning aid as it offers another weight vs. AE team one
