Easy to install works great should come with directions though.The aluminum cable clamp is real easy to over crimp.Installed mine in Scx10ii .So if you have a lot of droop in your truck the upper link will hit the cable spool .You can use a thinner spool but you will have to shorten your cable.The winch comes with a seven foot long cable.The winch lifts up my truck with ease.It could probably pull your truck apart so practice with it before taking it out on the trail.Scale builders Guild has a good install video on YouTube.I put mine on third channel with 3 position switch to operate with my thumb.

Thing is a Monster!
As advertised, plug and play. The only issue was with the operator (me) and not the equipment. I broke the winch cable twice trying to adjust my radio. Thing has crazy torque!

Great winch with plenty of power. Will lift my VS4-10 vertically up a wall. The supplied steel cable is plenty strong but will "bird-cage" on the spool if you don't keep constant tension. Definitely would recommend though.

i had heard of reefs products and heard good things about them. the fact that the controller is built in was very appealing to me.the servo case is very nice but the way it works is even better. very easy to get ready it is plug in and play and everything is top notch.

Great product so far. Installation was pretty simple on my Vanquish Phoenix. Initially the spool was bumping the links a little but I installed some spacers between the servo and the frame and that did the trick. Spacers were not included with the winch, but they should be. Works fine with my Flysky GT5. Very satisfied.

This servo winch is a beast. Before I got it dialed in on my transmitter I broke the cable twice. It is now dialed in and only lost about six inches of cable. If you want a hidden winch this is the one. Wow!

So far so good I snapped the winch line and straightened out a few of my bungee cords pulling my 15lbs defender around super powerful on 7.4v so much better than the warn9.5t I originally was using

I needed a servo winch without an external controller for a scale hardbody truck. This part fit what I needed and was in stock. I mounted it in my VS4-10 bit had to add some spacers to get it to clear the axle. I tested it by doing a dead lift on a 8lb Defender and even on 2S power it did not struggle pulling the Defender straight off the floor. I was impressed. No other testing has been done due to CV.

The winch is very strong and lifts my VS Pro with ease. Fitment is also very simple everything you need is in the package, and as a bonus you don't need an external winch controller to operate it it just plugs into your receiver, on your remote make a 3 position switch and press the button. Boom it's that simple.
