This is a Reedy Saddle Pack Balance Charge Clip. Charge saddle packs with normal charge leads! This charge clip is about 3" long and features a 2mm bullet on one end and an alligator clip on the other. This lead allows you to plug the 2mm end into your charge lead balance plug, then clip the alligator to the jumper on your battery.
