Reedy 540-SL Sensorless Brushless Motor (3300kV)
Needed a motor on a budget to finish off outdoor season and decided to give this a try since it was a good price for a well known name. Needless to say I got what I payed for and then some since it overheated badly, smoked out, and took my esc with it after only three rounds of racing on 2s lipos with some lite duty break in time well before hand. Was informed by other racers, particularly guys with Associated vehicles I should have never bothered with this motor, they're Reedy's base grade r.t.r motors and my experience with it was pretty comon.
Thankfully as a result of my initial review I was contacted by A main and was informed to return the motor before the warranty expired. Good to know people there do pay attention to our reviews! Overall one star for this motor, five stars for A mains customer service!

Reedy 540-SL Sensorless Brushless Motor (3300kV)
I've had this motor for almost a year. I had no problems with it. But maybe because I don't run 6 minute hot races. I have enough power to get around my track. I'm pretty happy with this motor. I had other motors such as tekin, turnigy, and castle. I really like the reedy motors for the price.
