The Redcat Racing Everest Gen7 1/10 Scale RTR Scale Rock Crawler is going to shake things up the crawler world. With a host of included features that are normally reserved for aftermarket upgrades, the Gen7 is potentially the most capable out of the box scaler on the market. This is thanks to a 3mm ladder frame chassis that was designed and tuned by BPC Custom Chassis and Two Guys Trail Gear. By combining this custom chassis with a steel electronics bridge and a low slung forward mounted battery tray, the Gen7 provides a tune-able platform that has the high performance bells and whistles you would normally have to pay extra for.

Combine this awesome chassis with a Hobbywing Brushed ESC, Licensed Interco Super Swamper tires and real beadlock wheels and the Gen7 sets itself apart from the rest with its features and performance. The aggressively styled 4 door SUV body is available in silver or orange, and the included black, white, red and wood grain die cut decals will allow you to detail the truck the way you want. Plus, the included 2000mAh NiMH battery, charger and 2CE 2.4GHz radio system are included as well to make the Gen7 and unmatched value in the scale crawler market.

Redcat Everest Gen7 1/10 4WD RTR Scale Rock Crawler

Amazing truck. Could go for twice as much. Hobbywing motor and esc, no more crappy redcat radio this uses a nice flysky. The chassis is heavy and sturdy steel and the front mount battery makes a difference keepin most of the weight forward and nice bead locks with good foams and super soft and grippy tires. I got the sport. I saw the pro and I just saw the crappy plastic d rings, plastic everything. The lightbar is a hologram sticker. With the 80 I saved I got nice steel front and rear bumpers with steel d rings and steel rock sliders. Anything that fits an scx10 chassis will fit on this truck so the possibilities are endless. The negatives are the huge rubbery plastic front and rear bumpers and that's about it. I also love the velcro body mounts, panel stickers. The sport has plenty of nice details. Spend the extra 80 on making the base model sick and your own.

This thing is awesome! It climbs stuff that my buddy’s $470 TRX4 can’t even begin to climb and my GEN 7 is box stock! Check out my YouTube channel Lotus RC for footage of this thing greasing a big boulder while my buddy’s Traxxas struggles at the base and never makes it up!

Redcat Everest Gen7 1/10 4WD RTR Scale Rock Crawler

I recently purchased this, due to our local track being open and closed and i purchased other ones for my son and his best friend, it appears from my research Redcat has made some changes and modifications, it appears ill need to upgrade the servo for steering, i want to change the body but that will happen down the road. I bought this as a platform to build up, if i didn't like it i didn't spend a lot on it. It only last on one battery charge, about 25-30 min. So far i like it, it came with alot of extra parts i am really impressed with its ability to climb, i am in a desert environment with alot of rocks and so on. But, i purchased for a beginner level vehicle and so far i like it. I recommend it, i got it due to the Corona lockdowns as well and to join my son and his bestfriend when we can get to the track.

Update: 07/01/2022 - I have had this for almost i think a year and half, i really enjoy this crawler truck i am in the process of upgrading its RTR parts and electrics i wish i could go out and find a crawler event or something, i want to change out the body for some cooler looking not that i have an issue with the body, i have had to cut areas for clearances but other than that solid crawler, cheap and good.
