Its chassis utilizes many swappable components such as; suspension arms, steering hubs, hub carriers, turn buckles, gear boxes, differentials, and body posts. Each of the four suspension arms on the Blackout SC Pro can be used at any corner of the chassis. That's right, one lower suspension arm will work on the front-left, front-right, rear-left, or rear-right of the vehicle. The same is true for the upper suspension arms and steering hubs. The hub carriers are interchangeable front to rear, as are the bumpers, diffs, gear boxes, body mounts, and turn buckles.

Equipped with a powerful 3800KV RC540 brushless electric motor, waterproof 45A brushless ESC, 7.4v 3200mAh LiPO battery pack, LiPO charger, and 2.4GHz radio system, the Blackout SC Pro is pre-assembled and ready to run. Redcat Blackout SC Pro 1/10 RTR 4WD Short Course Truck
This truck is good for people who are just getting into the hobby. I’d recommend a new servo, shocks, and tires. The servo isn't very accurate and feels loosely connected to the front tires. The shocks are not smooth causing the control of the truck to be very difficult. The tires have pretty much no grip on dirt and makes you spin out when trying to hit full speed. Otherwise this truck is well worth the money and is very durable. The motor is torquey and fast. The esc and motor haven’t over heated since I’ve had it.

Redcat Blackout SC Pro 1/10 RTR 4WD Short Course Truck
Such a fun little rig! It's quick and pretty durable right away with the first battery pack I had 2 tires come off from loose nuts and the front bumper and plastic skid plate stripped out so I ran slightly larger screws in and so far that has worked. The tires on it are so,so I will deffinatly be changing them. Motor is good but coggs really bad so have to give it more throttle to get going but once it does it rips. Esc has worked great stays cool I put heat sink on motor right away it stays cool Idk with out it havent ran that way. Suspension is decent but both Tue front 2 shocks are leaking but I will do a rebuild and see if that will help. Also I had to file part of the center aluminum guard as the battery balance wires ended up rubbing through! that is the absolute worst thing and a wasted lipo battery :(. All in all for the price, speed and enjoyment it is well worth it! Just check your battery so you dont have the same problem I did!
