This is the RDLohrs 3mm Swash Leveling Zip Tool. This simple tool will allow you to level your swash plate WITHOUT removing the head! The Zip tool is a must have for your field box! Clip it onto the main shaft just over the swash plate and it provides a level surface to use as a reference while leveling your swash. This CNC milled tool is extremely accurate, and the polycarbonate material will not scratch your machine.

Well, it’s cheap, u could print it yourself, but here it is, decent price and it just works. Couldn’t be more simple, match your main shaft diameter and bam, done. On my OMP M1 micro copter I did a whole build from the upgraded carbon /aluminum frame on up. Decided to set the servo center with FC board (as there is no linkage adjustments on the M1). Centered them or, leveled them with this tool and it was more stable and solid then first flight for sure. On stuff this small u don’t need the little machine screw, just the snap-on plastic. So in the end, I’m glad I bought this vs the $20 kit, when I get another different size shaft, I’ll buy another single.
