RC4WD "Rok Lox" Micro Comp Tires (2) (X3)

I bought these tires and a set of Axial wheels to mount them up on. Based on the reviews of how great these tires are on the scx24 I decided to give them a try. Hold the phone. You won't be mounting these to your stock Axial wheel! Nope,the inner tire diameter is a different size than the Axial wheel. Forcing you to by RC4wd wheels and that's a big let down to begin with. I did end up buying the rc4wd beadlocks to mount these. I did not know these were a much smaller tire than the the stock Axial's until I mounted them. The SCX24 looses alot of ride height with these tires dropping to 48mm tire is just not a good look on the SCX24. Unfortunately I cannot recommend these for the SCX,24 if you have a Losi night crawler theses are probably a great tire. My recommendation is check your tire diameter before buying Rok Lox. I can recommended the BF Goodrich KR3's as they are taller and much closer to the stock Axial tires.

These added plenty of needed traction to my SCX24. Its also alot softer which helps for climbing around obstacles. Would recommend for 1/24 crawlers.

I have installed these on a HBX Devastator. They are a real struggle to install on the stock beadlock wheels, and are slightly smaller than stock, too. They do, however, have fantastic grip and side-bite. A very worthwhile upgrade.

If there's one thing RC4WD does right, it's make tires. Mounted these on Treal beadlocks. Not as good as the rock creepers, but much better than stock.

Very good on my Deadbolt. I really needed tires with foam to help with side hilling. The nice soft grippy rubber is a plus. These are shorter than stock. This helps me lower the CG and I don't need the ground clearance.

Always have good luck with orders. This time one of the tires I ordered came torn in the side and is not useable. Only complaint I have had in a long time as a customer
