General Screw Installation & Notes: Use either a wax or grease on the threads to help prevent stripping while going into new or hard material. Some screws that are included in the these kits remain phillips heads but are still stainless steel. This has been done for strength, as a result of field testing, on small diameter screws (2mm and 2-56" dia). This may include some chassis screws and differential screws. All other remain socket head. Please refer to your assembly manual for screw locations.

RC Screwz Traxxas X-Maxx 4x4 Stainless Screw Kit
Not bad, but I was not happy that there are no 4x12 buttonhead screws. This would not be a big deal except for a few places where a 14 long screw bottoms out and either will not tighten up, or will show through a dimple on the other side of the part (bumpers) if you crank it down in place designated to have a 12....I'd happily have paid a few bucks more to get all the right hardware....
