As far as customer service I'm satisfied as far as our product at fluent two times something shorted out on it what motor would come on soon as you plug in the battery. Was told I'd have to contact the company that made it myself to get something done about it did not feel like going through all the hassle I have enough problems with other things going on just figured I'd take the loss

For what it is, the price can't be beat. 2 batteries, an fpv camera, fpv goggles, transmitter, charger, and sd card. The drone flies well and pretty fast. The wifi signal is good when outside but is a downfall when flying indoors as it tends to lag out a bit. Range on the drone is good, I flew it over 200 ft away from me before the camera signal went out, but the radio still had full control of it, since the props were yellow i was able to see it from afar. It handle pretty good in wind and i flown it in 20 mph gusts (not recommended if not an experienced pilot.)
Overall I recommend this product to experienced pilots and beginners who want a hobby grade experience.
