I wish they would make one of these for 12th scale car bodies.
I bought this 10th scale one and modified it by cutting and sanding and drilling a new screw hole. So it can be made to work with 12th scale if you're careful!

Raceform 1/10 Perfect Wheel ARC Cutter
This doesn't seem to hold the blade securely enough, and it broke on the second body I tried to cut out (note this was with a brand new blade).
This probably isn't worth the money. I had high hopes, however was let down.
