This is a 6 cell 7.2V 1600mAh NiMH side by side battery pack with an EC3 connector from ProTek R/C. This "Speed" battery is a hand soldered side by side pack, made with the highest quality Intellect 1600mAh 1.2V Cells. This battery is an excellent choice for any application that can benefit from a high energy, side by side 6 cell, 2/3A type pack with an EC3 Connector.
NOTE:
- The recommended charge rate for these batteries is between 1 & 1.6 amps.
- Losi Mini 8IGHT owners may need to change the battery connector to the smaller EC2 type. Verify which connector is on your vehicle prior to purchase.

Recommended guidelines for handling Intellect 2/3A NiMH batteries:
- Charge the battery with a quality charger, at a maximum current of 1-2A.
- Charger cut-off setting: Peak voltage = 5mV per cell, Temperature <55ºC, and best with timer. [Example on Peak voltage calculation: 6-cell pack = 5mV x 6 = 0.03V]
- The battery can offer high current discharge, and are rated to a level of 5~10A (plug dependent).
- If you expect to leave the battery idle for >2 weeks, charge it for 1/3 capacity (say, 1A for 20 minutes)
- Avoid storing the battery in hot or humid environment. Best temperature would be around 20~25ºC.

Using this pack in a Losi Mini 8ight DB. A nice upgrade from the stock Dynamite pack of you want to stay with Nimh. The car has much more punch on this pack when accelerating, and run time has improved a little. Averaging about 15 minutes of hard running per charge vs. about 8 or 9 minutes on the stock pack and it's cheaper. Recommended!

Use 2 of it in ECX Torment & Ruckus 1/18. It gives 30 minutes more. Charger Venom fills it exactly with 1600.
