This ProTek R/C "Supreme Power" 100C LiPo Battery Pack is ROAR/EFRA/IFMAR approved and features 5mm bullet connectors, a hard case "stick" design, high capacity and 2C charge rates.

This is a perfect pack for high current applications like 1/8 lite e-buggy and 4wd short course trucks, as well as 2wd modified and stock classes when you want a high capacity battery. This battery pack uses 5mm bullet connectors for an ultra low resistance connection. In fact the battery tubes can be accessed from either side of the case, allowing you to position the battery terminals in the direction that best suits your application!

This battery is built using a hard plastic case that is required for use at sanctioned tracks and events and the pack is small enough to fit into all touring cars and off-road vehicles. A set of 5mm bullet connectors and a 2mm bullet connector are included. Plus, a set of 5mm to 4mm adapters are included so you can continue to use your 4mm charge leads to charge your battery!

Hi-Voltage Capable
This specially formulated battery features LiHV technology which allows the cells to safely reach a higher overall voltage (4.35V per cell vs standard 4.20V per cell). Achieving the higher voltage does require a LiHV capable charger, but the power gains are significant to the overall punch and power for the model. This battery can also charge and function perfectly at typical 2S voltages (8.4V), but please note: cell voltages exceeding 4.20V per cell is prohibited from sanctioned racing rules, such as ROAR, IFMAR, etc.

  • 100C Discharge Rate
  • 2C Charge Rates
  • Hi-Voltage LiHV Capable
  • Durable Hard Case

LITHIUM POLYMER SAFETY INFORMATION

IMPORTANT:
1) DO NOT leave the battery in your model when charging
2) DO NOT leave unattended when charging
3) ALWAYS balance charge the battery
4) ALWAYS use a LiPo charging bag
5) YOU MUST use a Li-Poly specific charger to charge the pack (NiMH or NiCD only chargers WILL NOT WORK!)
6) YOU MUST not over discharge the Li-Poly battery pack
7) READ & UNDERSTAND the instructions carefully before operating this battery

NOTE: When using high energy Li-Polymer Batteries, please do not over-discharge or over-charge batteries as this will result in over heated batteries. Discharging capacity can't exceed 80% of the max capacity of the pack after full charging to ensure a good cycle performance. It is recommended to fully charge a brand new battery before using and only discharge the battery 50% for first 5 cycles. Always monitor race time and/or set a low voltage warning on ESC (End voltage cannot be lower than 3.2v per cell). Do not use a battery that has too low a voltage.

Do not expose batteries to sunshine or store/charge batteries at the temperature above 35°C or in a closed car. The high temperature environment could cause damage to the pack or make it burst. If the battery becomes hot while fast charging, high current discharging or racing, do not charge the battery until it has cooled completely. Wait about 20 mins, then inspect prior to recharging.

ProTek RC 2S 100C Hard Case LiPo Battery Pack (5mm) (7.4V/6400mAh)
I will continue to shop at A-main for my RC needs. However, I am truly disappointed to say that I own 8 of these 6400MaH, 100C batteries and 4 of them have puffed slightly (set it on the table and its not flat) and 1 had completely broke the case. They were charged always at 1C and were charged by a $250 Protek charger. I bought another charger after the first batteries puffed but after reading reviews, I can see they have a product control issue. You can still buy these batteries as A-main will stand behind their product and the batteries are powerful but I have used many brands and Trinity rev and Reedy have been the best.

ProTek RC 2S 100C Hard Case LiPo Battery Pack (5mm) (7.4V/6400mAh)
After about 6 charges the battery began to puff up and is now after less than a year, pretty much useless.

Not recommended!!
