This is the ProTek R/C 150T Digital Hi-Torque Metal Gear High Voltage Servo. The ProTek R/C 150T High Voltage Hi-Torque servo delivers an incredible 345 oz-in of torque and 0.10 transit speed at 6.0V, and when you bump the voltage to 7.4 the spec's increase to 426 oz-in and 0.08! Spec's like these make this servo an excellent choice for any 1/10 to 1/8 scale vehicle application. Other features include a full aluminum case that provides bomb proof durability and improved heat dissipation, a metal gear train that is supported by dual ball bearings, a 200mm long 22awg connector wire with gold plated connectors, and a coreless motor.
Plus, instead of a cheap plastic servo horn, ProTek R/C goes the extra mile with an included aluminum single arm servo horn that will stand up to a majority of the punishment you can throw at it. Stop wasting your money on budget servos that look good in the spec list, but fall short when its time to perform. Get ProTek and don't look back.
Warning! This ProTek R/C servo requires that you use a m3x10mm screw to attach the servo horn to the output shaft. If you choose to use another screw, be sure to use a 10mm length screw. Use of a shorter screw can cause failure and will void your warranty.

Well I have received a replacement servo and ended up getting another hi torque servo so now im running hi torque all around in my buggy and truggy, they been running great and A Main Hobbies helped me out with the issues i was having. Every one always ask what servos im running from the performance and looks.

I've used many brands of servos before using the ProTek Hi-Speed and Hi-Torque line. I used to have a lot of problems especially with my truggy servos before switching over to the ProTek line of servos. Since I changed brands, I haven't had a single problem and this is one less thing to worry about. I use the Hi torque in both my buggy and truggy for steering and the high speed for throttle.

Got a high speed 150 and a high torque 150. Great servos for the money running one in a 4 wheel drive Losi short course truck and a Team associated Rc8b3e. I'm building a Team associated Rc8b3 nitro buggy going to put the same two servos in it. I'm going to go with a Protek nitro engine, starter box, engine heater, receiver battery, and engine heater battery. I love Protek bought a charger that works great. I will never go to another company. I order all my engines, servos, tires, wheels, parts, batteries and Protek Chargers.

Lost one on streering in a MBX7 this weekend. Servo had about 5 minutes on the track on it. Back to update(Jul 19, 2015) Servo's have been going strong for a year now. I've ran the 150T in everything from a MBX7/8ight 3.0/NB48 and DNX8. Great servo for the money. Cant go wrong.

Great quality servo and a decent price. I am using it as a throttle/brake servo in my Losi 8ight-T. Everyone that sees it in action are amazed at how crazy fast it is. It has been converting other brand fans into ProTek fans. I have had it for about a year and it has not suffered from the "Futaba shakes" I will be getting more for my Losi 8ight 3.0. and 22T 2.0.

I own 2 of these. Have ran one for maybe over a year 1/8th buggy (PNB/AMS). no issues. The other I have only ran 2 race events and no issues. Only issue I had to overcome was with the buying of an extension to fit a Tekno 48.2e. Fits AE 8.2e fine.Very Nice Servo.

This is the servo I prefer in my nitro 1/8 buggy and truck. No voltage regulator is necessary, has a ton of power and speed for the big Truggies and Buggies. So far so good, loving it.

I have been using this servo in a application it necessary designed for... crawling. It has great power, speed, and very resilient. Against the advice of the mfc I have used mine in a nasty mud pit with no faults. Great servo for the money!

Shipped to me DOA. Dead servo right out of the box. I had a gut feeling about these POS. Avoid if possible, Amain is slow to respond so after a week long build to get ready to race. We all know the feeling, only to find my high dollar servo has piss poor quality control from China or wherever they get these from. And is frozen right out of the package. They can replace it, but I'm buying another brand elsewhere.

After almost giving up my short course endeavor, I decided to contact customer service and express my woes and discontent. Aaron and the Manager were very understanding and took care of me completely. The servo is as good as gold. So fast and powerful enough to,flip me over if on my side. This servo is the what the more expensive brands need to be. Tossing the Hitec into my spare parts bag. Thanks for the service and committing to customer satisfaction Amain!

I bought two 150t's for steering and throttle in my nt48.3, they sat installed for 3 months for the season opener here at the mototdome in MN. I made it with 2 mins to go on the third qualifier before the servo stopped working, very disappointing in this servo so far. Sent it in to upgrade to the new 170sbl

Got my 150T today and was impressed by build quality and looks of it. This thing has tons of torque and pretty fast even on 6V.
Installed it in my 1/8 truggy and went for a drive - didn't even use full lipo pack before the servo stopped working.
Disassembled it at home - first gear near the motor split in 2 pieces and started free-spinning.
So, 130$ servo didn't even manage to last ten minutes!
It broke on 6V, with servo-saver at it's softest position, without any jumps - just driving around on the street, what else can I say?
It's rubbish. Will never buy ProTek servo again - gears are just not up to the job(looks like they were pressed into each other using plyers).
