The ProTek R/C 150T High Voltage Hi-Torque servo delivers an incredible 345 oz-in of torque and 0.10 transit speed at 6.0V, and when you bump the voltage to 7.4 the spec's increase to 426 oz-in and 0.08! Spec's like these make this servo an excellent choice for any 1/10 to 1/8 scale vehicle application. Other features include a full aluminum case that provides bomb proof durability and improved heat dissipation, a metal gear train that is supported by dual ball bearings, a 200mm long 22awg connector wire with gold plated connectors, and a coreless motor.
Plus, instead of a cheap plastic servo horn, ProTek R/C goes the extra mile with an included aluminum single arm servo horn that will stand up to a majority of the punishment you can throw at it. Warning! This ProTek R/C servo requires that you use a m3x10mm screw to attach the servo horn to the output shaft. If you choose to use another screw, be sure to use a 10mm length screw. Use of a shorter screw can cause failure and will void your warranty.

After almost giving up my short course endeavor, I decided to contact customer service and express my woes and discontent. Aaron and the Manager were very understanding and took care of me completely. The servo is as good as gold. So fast and powerful enough to,flip me over if on my side. This servo is the what the more expensive brands need to be. Tossing the Hitec into my spare parts bag. Thanks for the service and committing to customer satisfaction Amain!)
Installed it in my 1/8 truggy and went for a drive - didn't even use full lipo pack before the servo stopped working.
Disassembled it at home - first gear near the motor split in 2 pieces and started free-spinning.
So, 130$ servo didn't even manage to last ten minutes!
It broke on 6V, with servo-saver at it's softest position, without any jumps - just driving around on the street, what else can I say?
It's rubbish. Will never buy ProTek servo again - gears are just not up to the job(looks like they were pressed into each other using plyers).)
I would only give 1 star, but amain does try to take care of the problem.)
Ran fine for a about two weeks. Then both the 150T and 150S started to get the shakes. I returned them and got the KOpropo RSX all metal casing tourque and speed response servos. I will say the KO's are high priced, but never had any shakes or problems with the KO's. Have the KO's In my Kyosho MPE TKI and the KO tourque and response servos in my nitro TKI3 for over a year. Also You can send in your KO servos to get tested and mainted yearly thru their warranty. Some of my friends have been using the KO's for years now with yearly check ups. They will last forever if taken care of. I also believe the Protek Chad Bradkey servos are over rated. Protek needs to have their servos built in Japan or USA maybe. I wouldn't trust any Protek Servos from my personal experience with those servos.)
