This is the ProTek R/C 130SS Digital Super Speed Metal Gear High Voltage Servo. ProTek R/C Servos have been developed to provide enthusiasts with high quality servo's that will exceed expectations at every level. With features that meet or surpass what our competition can provide, ProTek R/C servos deliver performance and unmatched value, with industry leading customer support.

The ProTek R/C 130SS High Voltage Super Speed servo delivers lighting fast 0.06 transit speed and 211 oz-in of torque at 6.0V, and when you bump the voltage to 7.4 the spec's increase to 0.05 and 260 oz-in! Spec's like these make this servo an excellent choice for any 1/10 to 1/8 scale vehicle application. Other features include a full metal gear train that is supported by dual ball bearings, a 200mm long 22awg connector wire with gold plated connectors, a coreless motor and an aluminum middle case that helps to dissipate heat and helps to increase efficiency.

Plus, instead of a cheap plastic servo horn, ProTek R/C goes the extra mile with an included aluminum single arm servo horn that will stand up to a majority of the punishment you can throw at it. Stop wasting your money on budget servos that look good in the spec list, but fall short when its time to perform. Get ProTek and don't look back.

Warning! This ProTek R/C servo requires that you use a m3x10mm screw to attach the servo horn to the output shaft. If you choose to use another screw, be sure to use a 10mm length screw. Use of a shorter screw can cause failure and will void your warranty.

Was using a Orion 1409 in my Tekno SCT410 and that servo is impressive. Put this one in and the speed is incredible. Very nice included servo horn too. Operates very quietly as well.

ProTek RC 130SS Standard Digital "Super Speed" Metal Gear Servo (High Voltage)
Great servo for the price! I've been using it as a throttle servo for 1/8 nitro with no issues even after many, many hard crashes. I first used it for truggy then moved it to buggy now that I'm running both. Super fast and enough torque even for brakes on truggy; even when I was only using a nimh hump pack. I feel it got too fast for buggy throttle once I started using lipo pack. I'm going to keep it as a back up and switched to the 130T for both my buggy and truggy throttle. I'm sure its a great steering servo for 1/10 scale.

ProTek RC 130SS Standard Digital "Super Speed" Metal Gear Servo (High Voltage)
Ive had two of these and one of the 100SS servos and unfortunately they have all developed shakes or glitches after very little use. Both the 130ss within a race weekend and the 100ss after 3 nights racing. Amain are good about replacing them, but as Im over seas it was around $20 to ship the 130ss's back, (Im not going to bother with the 100ss due to the cost) and they wouldnt allow store credit, so I was stuck with more of the same servos - Which I sold before using due to not trusting them. I would steer clear if you are an international customer, or if your a local customer and dont want the hassle of trialling servos and shipping back and forth until you find a good one. Fast, strong and cheap servos, but just too unreliable.

Loved this servo for about a month and 3 race days in started getting shakes, I hope I just got the one bad one cuz it was working great and and quietly. Is on it's way to amain right now for repair so we'll see how that goes.

ProTek RC 130SS Standard Digital "Super Speed" Metal Gear Servo (High Voltage)
Just checked my old orders and I bought 130ss and 130t in June 2014. They have both given up in the last couple of weeks, 130ss the motor died and 130t developed so much slop I had to take it out as it was affecting steering badly. They were both in my truggy. So two and a half years is not a bad effort for a servo in this price bracket I suppose, speed and torque was good and they operated smooth and quiet. I've had twice as much working life out of Savox and Power HD servos though...

ProTek RC 130SS Standard Digital "Super Speed" Metal Gear Servo (High Voltage)
Bought one of these servo's for my RC10B 6.2. I bought it because of the cost and the blue case would look cool with the other Associated blue pieces in the buggy. After the 2nd or 3rd time running the car at the track, it went full lock left and I had to turn the car off to get it to move. Amain customer support was great and sent me a replacement servo. When I built my RC10T6.2, I installed it in the truck. again after maybe a month, I had just finished a race and the front tires were shaking, with no steering input. I pulled the servo out and swapped it out with a Savox, no issues since.

A company like ProTek really needs to up their game on QC'ing their products. I also had 2 ProTek LiPo transmitter packs that were DOA, out of the package. Plugged them up to the charger and only 1 cell would register. After the second one arrived DOA, Amain support recommend going with another brand, we did and no issues since.

I can't say enough good things about Amain's support staff. The few times I have had issues with products, they have always been extremely helpful and responsive.

Bought this from my LHS. Powerful and *very* fast. Seems to cause brownouts in my Kyosho Javelin re re. I have since installed a glitchbuster - we'll if that fixes things.

ProTek RC 130SS Standard Digital "Super Speed" Metal Gear Servo (High Voltage)
Very disappointed in ProTek servos as a whole. I purchased 4 of them at one time, never have owned one i really wanted something a bit more high end than what comes in the RTR revo. I put in the 130ss after i converted it to a slayer and it died during the break-in process. Had the servo 17 days and it died just rolling down the road. For the price point they should hold up better than this.

ProTek RC 130SS Standard Digital "Super Speed" Metal Gear Servo (High Voltage)
This is my go to servo for all my 10th scale cars. Super fast response and plenty of torque, stands up to running on super high bite carpet without any issue. Mix of Plastic and Alu case keeps the weight down so I tend to use this servo where other people use shorties.

ProTek RC 130SS Standard Digital "Super Speed" Metal Gear Servo (High Voltage)
I put this servo in a sc10gt after taking out a much more expensive hobby people servo. After serveral tanks of fuel thru it, this servo is still amazing! It still feels just like the hobby people servo but for half the cost

I will definitely be getting more and would recommend it to anyone

ProTek RC 130SS Standard Digital "Super Speed" Metal Gear Servo (High Voltage)
Bought one of this and installed on my 1/8 buggy as a throttle servo, very fast and quietly but after three days suddenly stopped working. Contacted Amain CS and immediately they change it at not cost to me (they paid even the shipping costs) I will install the new one today. Will update how this one works.

I don't know this other Madsen guy. Lol. Bought this for my Tekno SCT410. Had a DX1015 in it and it was good, but this servo was far better for the same price. 8 months of high speed brutality in the "Mod Rookie" class and zero issues.
