Parma PSE Pre-Cut Paint Mask, Checkered Flag Design
I have used Parma masks for a long time. The last several I have tried have been bad and this was the worst of all. They don't stick well enough. No matter what I do, there are always some parts of the tape that come undone and paint gets underneath them. It's so frustrating to spend all that time taping things off just to have the paint job ruined by their ridiculous inability to stick. Yes, I always wash the inside of the body first, so there is no excuse for this garbage not to stick well. The transfer tape they give you sucks. It doesn't work well on any sort of corners or raised sections of the body. It also sticks better than the mask, so you will have fits trying to keep the mask sticking to the body as opposed to the transfer tape. The first thing I do now, is to toss the transfer tape and use masking tape. The masks aren't cut well at all. When you try to remove sections from the body they stick to each other so you have to frequently cut them with an knife. I'm officially done with Parma masks. I'm going to try some other brands.
